My career began in business banking and financial services technology, working with Fiserv platforms before CRM and gamification became everyday business conversations. That early experience taught me to look at technology through the lens of the people using it—and the business problems it needs to solve.

About a decade ago, my husband Josh and I co-founded Providence Insurance. My business banking background naturally led me toward commercial insurance. A love of historic buildings and architecture grew into a specialty, alongside work serving technology businesses.

As Josh and I acquired agencies, I saw the technology gaps in insurance firsthand. I continued building our own platforms and workflows through those mergers and acquisitions. That work became a bridge between my financial services foundation and my focus on automation, product strategy, and business transformation.

The through line is connection: understanding the business, recognizing what is getting in the way, and bringing together the people, partnerships, and technology to move it forward.
